Movement is one more way back to ourselves. My classes are grounded and accessible, with just enough play to keep everyone breathing and smiling — whether it’s a student group, a staff wellness day, or a room full of grown-ups who forgot they were allowed to stretch out and have fun.

Holding your date.
A 50% deposit holds the date; the balance is due the day of. Venmo is easiest, but if your school or organization needs an invoice or a PO, just say so in your request and I’ll send one.

Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the booked date. Cancellations inside 14 days keep the deposit, since the date comes off the calendar for everyone else.
